*Orders and Delivery*

 

Q: Where are you shipping from?

A: We ship from Los Angeles, CA.

 

Q: Do you have items in stock?

A: Yes. We do have items in stock. You can choose "INSTOCK" button on the top and find the in-stock items. Please note that not every color of the same style is in stock. You can distinguish between pre-order and in-stock products by the button on the product detail page. If the button shows "Add To Cart", then it is in stock; if it shows "Pre Order", then it is not.

In-stock items will be shipped out within 48 hours.

 

Q: How long does it take for a Pre Order to be delivered?

A: It usually takes a week to 10 days for your order to be shipped out. And you will get it in two weeks.

 

 

*Sizes and Products*

 

Q: How do I choose the sizes?

A: We ship your order according to the size run by default.  If you have any specific request other than the size combination at the store, please always let us know by writing a few words on Buyer’s note.  We will follow your note as instructed there.

 

Q: Can I request a specific size combination other than the size run listed?

A: Yes, you can.  Please let us know your size combination and we will follow up.  However, this will be considered as a custom order and we will take some deposit.

 

Q: Do you provide exclusive design?

A: Yes, we do.  Please send as many details as you can regarding your custom design request to us. Our design team will review and work with you on available options.

 

Q: Can I request my own LOGO?

A: Yes you can.  

 

Q: Can I request an actual product picture from your warehouse?

A:  Yes.  We also have some video clips for some of the products.

 

 

*Shipping*

 

Q: Can you deliver to my store for the local orders?

A: Yes, we deliver.

 

Q: Can I use my own shipping account?

A: Yes, you can.

 

Q: Can I request UPS only shipping carrier?

A: Yes. Please remind us at the Buyers note.

 

Q: Can I request the expedited shipping?

A: Yes. We use Fedex Express and will give you a huge discounted shipping rate.

Q: Can I return the order?

A: Yes you can. If it is not for quality issue, we charge a 15% restocking fee.
